In addition to the in-person services offered at Tranquility In Balance, I also create educational work focused on health, lifestyle, and sustainable well-being.
This work is not therapy, treatment, or coaching in the traditional sense.
It is designed for people who prefer to learn, reflect, and explore at their own pace—without pressure, timelines, or outcomes being imposed.
Much of this educational work grew naturally from decades in the wellness industry and from conversations with women who wanted a deeper understanding, not more rules. It lives separately from Tranquility In Balance so that the physical space here can remain devoted to rest, presence, and care.
Some guests enjoy engaging with this learning as a complement to their self-care. Others never feel the need to explore it at all. Both are equally valid.

Some guests and long-term clients enjoy staying lightly connected between visits through a private online community for Women. This space is informal and conversation-based, and participation is entirely optional.
The group exists to share perspectives, experiences, and encouragement around health and everyday life. There is no requirement to post, engage, or keep up.
