Appointments and Cancellations ~
We recommend you make an advance reservation for services. You may secure a spa reservation online, by phone or in person, using your credit card to reserve a time best for you.
We strive to provide personal service to our clients. no-shows and cancellations impact us significantly; therefore we have a strict cancellation policy. A 50% charged will be applied to your credit card for missed appointments or cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment, and a 100% charged will be applied to your credit card for missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Thank you for your understanding.
Please arrive 15 minutes early for Spa appointments. This will allow time to fill out any questionnaires that will be important to your service. Please arrive 10 min early for all salon appointments.
We have scheduling procedures down to a science to permit the proper amount of time to complete each service. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated so other guests do not have to wait for their services. In the event that you are running more than 10 minutes late, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment / and you may be charged for the appointment time.
Your satisfaction is our utmost concern. If you are dissatisfied with a product, please bring it in so I can re-evaluate your needs. I will be happy to exchange undamaged products for something that suits you better. If a suitable alternative can not be found, I will be happy to give you a refund in the form of a TIB Gift Certificate. Cash refunds are not available.
Modesty & Draping~
we are aware that some guests may have modesty concerns during some services. your comfort during any service is important. towels, sheets or blankets are used to drape areas of the body that are not being treated. Please feel free to discuss concerns openly, your comfort is most important!
Noise in the Spa & Salon~
In order to keep the environment of the salon & spa a peaceful sanctuary I ask that you use a quiet tone while visiting. I also ask that cell phones, pagers and beepers etc be turned off during spa services. While waiting or in between services if you choose to use electronic equipment, we do provide wifi, but do require that the sound remain off.
As a mom, I love children and I hope that you will feel free to bring them along for services in the salon. When you are having a spa service however, we ask that you arrange off-site childcare during your visit. Thank you very much for your understanding.
